In 1991, our acquisition by the Charles Parsons Group further solidified KS Textiles’ commitment to the industry. With a legacy dating back to 1915, Charles Parsons remains a privately owned, fourth-generation Australian family owned business, with over 100 years of expertise in textiles and fabrics.
